Blog Therapy

cool blogs

You always know what you’re thinking.

You might have the cure for cancer locked away in your brain. You might bring world peace, or introduce it to the middle east. You can have so many thoughts in one day. But what if you never got the opportunity to express them with words? What if you couldn’t? If you can type you can blog. Even if your paralyzed there are ways for you to communicate through text. You can exercise you brain and maybe your hands and get to expressing those opinions and deep thoughts. Write poetry, draw a picture, ramble on about the inane inner workings of your life. There’s so much to express, and your hobby might take you to new heights.

Your theory is beautiful

One of the most highly regarded astrophysicists cannot speak. The only way he can communicate is through a computer. Stephen Hawkings book (which I will review later) was groundbreaking at its release, and still today. Your thoughts and theories are beautiful, and your blog can make a following think about their innermost feelings. Blogging is so fun everyone is doing it, and you can find one about almost anything. Industry blogs are popular with many large sites and companies. If you have a publication website there is sure to be a blog, or at least articles. And some fields that aren’t publishing or news still have blogs, with experts and knowledgeable professionals citing all the things you need to know about their products or particular area of interest.

Blogging is there for you

Life can be lonely sometimes. Even if you have a family or significant other there are times when there will be too much alone time, or maybe there is too little and blogging can be your alone time. Either way the activity puts you in a space that you can call your own. This site? This is something special to me, and your blog can be too. If you like to design things or make a page look special for your visitors “landing”, or if you just like the pure writing and editing experience, there is a platform just for you. Your site can be a home away from home, or maybe some else’s is. Facebook can be boring sometimes, so when you’re sick of reading friend’s stupid updates take a break and read a blog about something you like. Okay hold on a minute though, I have to check my Facebook…

  1. Hey! Great – and unavoidably true – blog post 🙂

I’m loving your blog (followed!) but I would also like to invite you to submit a short piece to my own. I think your perspective and style of writing would be a perfect piece for my project.

It’d also be a great way to get your blog/writing out there.

Please feel free to email me (jennifer@youngandtwenty) with more questions, or take a look at the ‘BEING Young & Twenty’ page on my blog.

    I hope I’ll hear from you 🙂
